The office is at 4990 92 Ave NW #105 in Edmonton. Call before you come so we can make sure Daniel is in. If it’s easier, we can do everything by phone, video and e-signature, and most clients never need to visit.
Daniel arranges mortgages on property anywhere in Alberta. That includes Edmonton and its metro, Calgary, and every other Alberta community, which we serve remotely. If you’re in another province, we’ll connect you with a licensed Indi Mortgage agent there and tell you in writing if we receive a referral fee.
